What the service does
iBay organises uploaded seller-order records, costs and reports. It is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay. It does not guarantee account safety, profits, financial accuracy or uninterrupted access to third-party pages.
Authorised use
You must have authority to manage each seller account and the customer data you upload. Follow the applicable marketplace rules, obtain permissions required for automated access, and never use the tool to bypass login, verification or security controls.
Accounts and team access
Keep credentials private. The workspace owner is responsible for the actions of invited staff. Viewer and operator roles apply across every store in that workspace. Do not share your owner login to avoid purchasing the appropriate store capacity.
Paid access
Plans cover the advertised store slots and total team seats, including the owner, for 30 days. This release uses manual renewal and does not automatically charge recurring fees. The checkout total is shown before payment. Same-plan renewal adds a new period after the existing period; changing plan begins a new period immediately with no automatic prorated credit.
Expiry and changing capacity
After expiry, records can still be viewed and exported, but updates require active access. If store capacity is reduced, only stores whose slot numbers fit the active plan can receive updates. Existing records are not automatically deleted. Contact support before changing plans if your team needs help choosing capacity.
Reporting limitations
Reports depend on the data captured, uploaded and reviewed. Missing values are not a substitute for actual source information. Reports are operational tools and are not accounting, tax or financial advice. Verify important amounts against your marketplace statements.
Service changes and responsibility
Third-party page changes may affect capture. We may update features or suspend access for abuse, security reasons or unpaid access. Keep your own backups. Any limitations of responsibility apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law; nothing removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact support with the relevant order or billing reference so we can investigate. The refund policy below forms part of these terms. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
