Does iBay need my eBay password?
No. Do not give iBay your eBay password, OTP or cookies. The local browser extension reads supported pages while you are already logged in. The website has its own separate login.
Will every order appear instantly?
No. The extension discovers loaded order links and reads detail pages one at a time. Chrome must stay open, and multiple list pages may need to be opened. Website records reflect the last successful import or upload, not a guaranteed live account feed.
Can I manage multiple stores?
Yes, within your plan’s store limit. Use a separate Chrome profile for each seller when capturing locally. Import each seller’s backup into its matching website store to keep records separate.
How does payment work?
Plans provide 30 days of access with manual renewal. There are no automatic recurring charges in this release. Checkout is available only after the site owner configures and enables a payment gateway.
Are tax and profit the same as payout?
No. Sales exclude customer tax; net earnings reflect the order information captured from eBay. Profit is net earnings minus your entered buying cost. Bank payouts, currency conversion and expenses outside the source order are not reconciled automatically.
What happens when my plan ends?
New store creation, uploads and editing stop. Existing records remain available to view and export. Renew access to resume updates. You can request data deletion through support.
What does “Needs review” mean?
A required field is missing, an amount could not be reconciled, or the capture includes an unsupported case such as a multi-item layout. Review the original order rather than guessing missing values.
Can the extension place orders or withdraw funds?
No. This release does not purchase labels, change eBay orders, message buyers or move money.
Can I install the extension directly from this website?
The install button opens the Chrome Web Store listing when available. Chrome asks you to approve installation and website access. Websites cannot silently install Chrome extensions.
Does using a delay guarantee eBay account safety?
No. A delay limits request frequency, but it does not guarantee account safety, prevent verification, or replace any permission required by eBay. Login and security checks must be completed by the account user.
Does the current local extension automatically sync here?
Version 0.5 supports local records and JSON backups. Import that backup in your website workspace. The website also includes a token-authenticated upload API for a future connected extension; the older extension does not call it.
