Create your iBay account

Your website account is separate from eBay. Pick a plan and add the seller username for each store you manage.

Capture in Chrome

Install the local extension, set the exact seller username and enable capture. Open Seller Hub → All Orders. The extension reads loaded links and opens detail pages one at a time.

Review and import

Wait for the scan to finish. Retry incomplete records, download the full JSON backup and import it into the matching store in your dashboard.

Track, share and export

Enter buying costs, review sales by day/week/month and download CSV reports. Invite your team if your plan includes extra seats.
