Information stored
We store your account name and email, password hash managed by WordPress, access-plan records, seller-store labels, team membership and the order data you upload. Uploaded records can contain buyer names, delivery addresses, phone numbers, products, tracking references and financial amounts.
How it is used
Information is used to operate your workspace, show reports, maintain access limits, respond to support requests and process billing. Do not upload buyer data unless you are authorised to manage it. Team members in a workspace can view all stores in that workspace.
Local extension and website storage
The local v0.5 extension stores data in your Chrome profile. Downloading a backup does not itself send it to this website. Importing a backup transfers those records to this WordPress server. A future connected extension must disclose its upload behaviour before use.
Payments and processors
When billing is enabled, WooCommerce stores order and billing records. The configured payment provider processes payment details under its own terms. iBay does not ask for your eBay password, verification code or browser cookies.
Cookies and analytics
WordPress uses essential cookies for login and account sessions. WooCommerce may use essential checkout/session cookies. This theme does not add advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting providers and additional plugins may maintain operational logs; their configuration is the operator’s responsibility.
Retention, deletion and exports
Records remain available after access expires so you can view and export them. Owners can delete a store and its associated uploaded orders and tokens from the dashboard. Contact support to request account deletion or correction. Billing records and backups may be retained where needed for legal obligations or recovery; backup copies age out according to the operator’s hosting retention schedule.
Security and your responsibilities
Use a strong password, keep downloaded backups private and remove team members who no longer need access. Workspace isolation and expiring upload tokens reduce exposure, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
